What is currently the best laptop for architecture student graduate? I have no preference, just a ceiling price below $ 1400
Should I wait for Windows 7 to get out?

They also have a discount for students
Problem that must be implemented within the CAD software does not run work on Windows Vista. Most laptops have only one game and only running Vista.
If this is our central computer, which need a large screen 17 + inches (1440 x 900 or higher) and a fast graphics card. Works over any video card if a card is dedicated not shared a memory card. Get at least 1 GB of RAM.
Sony Viao AW would be nice if you can get XP.
If I were you, I wouldnt buy a laptop to my CAD work to do.
What I want to buy a cheap netbook to take on the Internet, make notes and to do basic things.
I want to buy a computer to do my work. By 1200 (200 for netbook), you can not double + 20 observers, a ton of RAM, faster processor, graphics card and a ball Nice room. :)
